SDIF

SDIF (Sound Description Interchange Format) is an open standard format for the storage and transfer of sound (or other) description data. It is used by OM as well as a number of other music/signal applications and environments to store the sound analyses or description data.

SDIF has the particularity to be open and extensible, so that it is possible for any application or program (including OM visual programs) to freely use interpret it and possibly extend its semantics for specific applications.

A number of tools are available for that , under the SDIF item of the Classes and Functions menus or packages.
